Bobbi provides human resources strategy and hiring support to the Springboard team. With more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, Bobbi specializes in coaching managers and teams, designing HR and operations systems and processes, advising staff engagement and culture, and leading equitable and inclusive hiring processes.
A tenacious problem-solver who enjoys a good data puzzle, Bobbi also thrives on asking questions and creating organized and color-coded lists.
Prior to launching her own practice, Bobbi was the COO for Netcentric Campaigns, where she managed day-to-day operations for a growing organization, and developed a long-term strategy to support employee health and institutional mission. Her work included financial planning and management, HR strategy, strategic planning, board coordination, and contract negotiation. Prior to this role, she managed membership and campaign marketing for Netcentric, and implemented strategic media campaigns for Environmental Media Services.
Bobbi earned an MBA with a focus in nonprofit management from the George Washington University, and a BA in English from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
